Mainstreet purchased The Link in 2019. Originally two separate office buildings, Mainstreet invested over $12MM in renovations including the linking of the two buildings with a 3-story glass structure that is home to Provisions— a specialty coffee shop, cocktail bar, and eatery. Additional improvements include a three-phase spec suite program and hospitality-inspired design for tenants who desire a collaborative indoor and outdoor work environment. Since renovations, starting rates to lease space in The Link is up over 60%.
