INQ 1101 – Morrisville, North Carolina

Mainstreet acquired this 140,000 square foot building in December of 2018.  Mainstreet rezoned the building, which was a former Sam’s Club, for office. By the summer of 2020, the building was fully renovated. Located on the edge of the research triangle, Mainstreet deliberately repurposed the office with flexibility for life science tenants. When the race to develop COVID vaccines boomed, the fully-leased building was eventually sold for a profit in 2021.
