Tamar Z. Lubow

Tamar Lubow has been with Mainstreet since 1999. In her position as Vice President of Operations, Ms. Lubow oversees the operations of a management portfolio of over 2.5 million square feet, comprised of 11 properties in 7 cities. Ms. Lubow’s role at Mainstreet includes direct oversight of all leasing, lease negotiation, budgeting, construction and physical operations for the portfolio. In addition, Ms. Lubow is actively involved in acquisition/disposition due diligence for the company.

Ms. Lubow has over 14 years experience in real estate development and property management, having worked for Huntington Development Corporation and Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. prior to joining Mainstreet. Ms. Lubow holds a Master of Science Degree in Conflict Resolution and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, both from Nova Southeastern University.
