Deal Highlights:

2100 RiverEdge located in Atlanta's northwest market, is minutes away from the metro area’s key freeway I-285, with easy access to I-75. This Class “A” asset, and its sister building at 2000 RiverEdge, were acquired at a discount to cost and provide significant upside potential. This is a 12-story office building that was built in 1983 and is 89% leased. This purchase also includes 3.5 acres of land suitable for development.

2100 RiverEdge was an attractive proposition for Mainstreet Capital Partners as the pricing was favorable to its investment strategy, and the building had received continual upgrades totaling $1.5 million since 1999. Mainstreet’s President, Paul Kilgallon, was familiar with the buildings as he had previously purchased them during his tenure at CMD Realty Investments.
