Joseph A. DiMario

Joseph DiMario is responsible for facilitating all financing, acquisition and disposition ventures for the firm. He oversees deal due diligence and underwriting, having assisted in closing over 20 transactions valued at over $800 million. Mr. DiMario also oversees the accounting, financial reporting, and risk management for the firm.

Before joining Mainstreet in 2001, Mr. DiMario was Director of Financial Planning and Business Development for Silversea Cruises Ltd. where he was responsible for budgeting, strategic planning and cash management functions. Mr. DiMario has over 15 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, treasury and acquisitions, having worked for both privately held and publicly traded Fortune 500 companies. He holds a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida, and earned a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana.
