The Lumin – Boca Raton, Florida

Mainstreet acquired nine acres in The Park at Broken Sound in 2015, comprised of two single-story industrial buildings. With the approval of the Planned Mobility District Zoning Overlay, the business plan was to demolish the industrial buildings to develop a multi-family project and maximize the investment. The Lumin was developed as a 180-unit Class AA Luxury Apartment complex that was completed in 2018.
