Deal Highlights:

The seller was selling off its portfolio, providing Mainstreet with the opportunity to acquire this attractive property at a discount to replacement cost. 800 Fairway Drive features a four-story atrium overlooking an interior fountain. Outside the building there are specially designed walkways through the lush landscaped grounds. Covered parking is accessed by a covered walkway.

This acquisition included Commercial Place I and Commercial Place II in Fort Lauderdale. Mainstreet was able to close quickly as Paul Kilgallon, President of Mainstreet, previously directed the development of Commercial Place II while working for the seller, which enabled an efficient due diligence process.
